Automaiq ("we," "our," or "us") operates this website and provides AI implementation services for founder-led SMEs. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you interact with our site and how we handle it. You can reach us any time at hello@automaiq.com.
What we collect
- Booking and contact form submissions — name, email, company, phone number, preferred date, and any message you send us.
- Assessment and guide requests — your email address and the answers you provide when you use the AI readiness assessment or request a downloadable guide.
- Basic technical logs — standard server and request information (such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed) used to keep the site secure and functioning.
Services and processors we use
We keep our stack intentionally small. The following processors handle data on our behalf:
- Lovable — website hosting and privacy-focused first-party site analytics.
- Supabase — database and serverless functions that store and process form submissions.
- Resend — transactional email provider used to deliver notifications and confirmations when you submit a form.
Our site also links out to external services (for example Google Calendar for booking, LinkedIn, and X). When you follow those links, those services operate under their own privacy policies.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form or request a resource) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running our business.
Your GDPR rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
